Originally from Russia, Dr. Zaydman followed in her mother’s footsteps and pursued pediatrics. After relocating to New York, she practiced general surgery, plastic surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Cardiology (at Mount Sinai) as a PA. She also served on staff at The Atkins Center for Complimentary Medicine under Dr. Robert Atkins, creator of the low-carb diet.
Dr. Zaydman is triple-board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain medicine, and addiction medicine, and she has a proven track record of success with taking an osteopathic approach to chronic pain treatment:
“I like to solve problems! A lot of doctors treat pain as a symptom – but for me, it’s about trying to solve the problem with proper diagnostics and proper treatments.”
