New Rochester Location Now Open!

Valley Medical and Wellness is excited to announce the grand opening of its new Rochester clinic. The new clinic, located at 3224 6th Ave. NE, Rochester, MN, 55906, replaces the company's previous clinic just a few miles down the road. 

Why Did We Move? 

We moved from our previous location to get more space and nicer facilities. The expanded facilities give us more space to serve more patients—and provide more services to the Rochester community.

Like all our clinics, our new Rochester location accepts all major health insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. The new location joins our other existing clinics in Minneapolis, Burnsville, Woodbury, and Bemidji, with another new clinic in Plymouth coming later in 2023. All locations are serviced by the CLIA-certified Valley Medical Laboratory in Burnsville. 

Where is the New Rochester Clinic?

The new Rochester clinic is conveniently located near the intersection of N. Broadway Ave. and 37th St. NE. The clinic address is 3224 6th Ave. NE, Rochester, MN, 55906. 

The new clinic is open Mondays through Thursdays, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The clinic offers ample free parking for our patients.

Valley Medical and Wellness is a premier clinic for chronic pain management and addiction treatment. Addiction treatment includes therapies and support to help with dependence on opioids and other pain pills, methamphetamines, benzodiazepines, heroin, and alcohol. We also offer mental health counseling and STI/STD testing and treatment for our patients.
