Join Valley Medical for Walk for Recovery on September 9th!

Valley Medical and Wellness is proud to be a Bronze sponsor and exhibitor at this weekend's upcoming Walk for Recovery event. Walk for Recovery is Minnesota's premier all-recovery event, centered around a 5K walk. It takes place Saturday September 9th at the Minnesota State Capitol Grounds in St. Paul. In addition to the walk, there are food trucks, live music, a family fun zone, and a recovery pet zone.

Minnesota Recovery, the event's organizer, expects more than 5,000 attendees this year. Valley Medical will be there with a booth, fun games, and giveaways. Stop by our booth to learn how we help individuals recover from substance abuse and addiction.

The Walk for Recovery event kicks off at 10:00 am, with the 5K walk beginning at 1:45. Show up in your best walking shoes and help support the recovery community in Minnesota! You can find more information about the event and view a schedule of activities on the event's web page.

Walk for Recovery is hosted by the Minnesota Recovery Connection, a non-profit organization working to strengthen the recovery community through peer-to-peer support services, public education, and advocacy.
