Svetlana Zaydman, DO, has a true passion for improving lives with pain management and wellness therapies. She takes a comprehensive approach to pain management, utilizing therapies, medication, exercise, nutrition, and other lifestyle changes to relieve both acute and chronic pain. Before joining Valley Medical and Wellness, Dr. Zaydman was on the medical staff at The Atkins Center for Complementary Medicine in New York City, New York, where she worked under Dr. Robert Atkins, developer of the low-carbohydrate diet. As part of her comprehensive therapy protocols, she provides education and guidance on diet, exercise, and alternative wellness treatments to help patients feel their very best.
Dr. Zaydman co-founded Valley Medical and Wellness in 2014 and currently serves as the company's President and Medical Director. She is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
